This ribbon display case comes from the Trinity County Museum and is originally from the old Morris Hardware Store in Weaverville.

Wouldn’t you love to have one of these at home for yourself? There is an antique ribbon cabinet for sale in New York for only $4,500.

I could really use this thing. But alas.. don’t have the space, the cash and I live way in the wrong town to ship such a gorgeous antique.

I inherited an antique ribbon cabinet, but it’s only a fraction of this size. It had been “converted” into a bell collection display cabinet, and I wish I could see inside this antique to see how to restore it.
