To Do: Escort Cards
Another great idea co-opted from Shauna & Jeff’s wedding. These escort cards looks so tidy all lined up on the entrance table. Here’s a wider photo of the entrance.
I bought a set of mini ivory cards and matching mini ivory envelopes from Paper Source. The guest name will go on the outside and their table number (maybe with a small note?) on the inside.

Love the note. I think we might use a custom stamp too, for a simple affordable design. Though you could totally use a non-custom stamp.

if not a lot of your guests know each other (or even if they do) you could write about another guest they could meet on the note, or who will be at their table
As cute as this idea is, I recommend ditching it. You’ve got a lot on your plate and writing little notes to 100 guests will take waaaay more time than you think. You’ve got a beautiful wedding planned, don’t drive yourself bonkers.
