Things I Love Today: Ikea

I sincerely do! Even when the store is crazy crowded and the parking is miles away. The cozy showroom displays are inspiring and the relaxed Swedish sensibilities are soothing. Especially now, full of holiday decorations, it makes me nostalgic for winter trips I’ve taken to Italy, Paris and Buenos Aires.

Our latest acquisition (along with these awesome $3 rugs and Christmas goodies) last weekend was the fun red Linnarp cabinet with glass doors seen here. We’re using it as a china cabinet in the dining room and it’s really brightening up the space.
