Just be sure to avoid buttons and other choking hazards. Alternatively, you can also try embroidering a baby blanket or making some customized onesies.

Handmade baby gifts are sure to be cherished by the new mom in your life. Just think…your craft project could even be brought out of storage sixteen years from now to tease the kid when he’s going on his first date. Now that’s a gift that keeps on giving!
