Bargain: Skirt

I found this adorable ribbon skirt with an exposed zipper in the back at Forever 21 last weekend. It’s from their better-constructed, slightly more expensive line Twelve by Twelve.

So cute for work with a floaty white summer blouse and a boyfriend cardigan. Navy goes with everything!
