Something is wrong with me this week. Either I am way to busy or I am losing my mind. Twice in the last four days, I have tried to buy cottage cheese (so good with pepper!) and ended up with something completely different. The first mistake was a little more understandable. I didn’t realize that Safeway organic cottage cheese was a horrible, disgusting, not-even close approximation to the non-organic versions.

The second mistake was caused by the packaging of sour cream and cottage cheese being identical. I bought a huge container of what I thought was cottage cheese last night and didn’t realize it was sour cream until I dug in my fork. Darn it! What am I going to do with all this sour cream?
