What to Shop: Quel Objet

Ladies, hide your purses. Quel Objet is a French import website that specializes in brightly colored linens and paper. I fell instantly in love when I saw the dishtowels on display on the homepage ($72 for four?! My heart is breaking!)

I think my favorite item so far is this rainbow tablecloth. It would be impossible not to have fun a party decorated with that wild fabric! And the glasses with wicker sleeves? And the demitasse set? Ce’ Magnifique!

Hi Emily! I’m another silent reader who has been enjoying your site for a few months now. While I was doing my research for my Halloween costume (Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly) I stumbled upon this website. Honestly I don’t even know what language it’s in but I instantly thought of you. It has all kinds of different outfits for all kinds of occasions. I know I got totally inspired. Hope you enjoy it!

That site is totally awesome! It’s in Danish maybe?

PS – I was Holly Golightly for halloween once. Black sheath dress, kitten heels, classic trench and a stuffed animal cat. Rob went as Paul Varjack in a blazer and tiger mask. No one at the party got it…but it was definitely fun. I’ll post a picture today.
