Painting: Blue Bedside

With being sick this weekend, I had plenty of time to work on watercolor painting projects. I took on a lovely blue and white bedroom (my favorite color scheme!) with red flower from my inspiration folder on Pinterest.

I really like how the flowers and vase came out, the rest is a little too “fussy.” I think I’ll set a timer to see if I can make those brushstroke a bit looser with the next project. Also, it’s hard to see the shading details in the scanned version.
