First Margarita of the Summer!

The sun is shining. The weather is unseasonably warm. 30 Rock is back. Wedding planning isn’t stressing me out too much. Rob and I toasted our good fortune last night with the first margarita of the summer. Hooray!

Mmmm, delicious! Is that homemade? Do you have a recipe you’d like to share?

It’s halfway-homemade. I used the frozen mix with fresh lime juice, tequila and triple sec. The triple sec makes it so good!

How funny, just last night I asked Josh if I cold have a margarita made in my mouth today. Probably not from Senor Tadpole’s though.

This made me smile–last year on the first warm day of spring (we were in NH, so it was a little later than now!) we had an impromptu barbecue and drank a lot of yummy margaritas. In the middle of dinner we got the call from our real estate agent saying our offer on our apartment had been accepted. Aww!

I loved 30 Rock too! Such tight, excellent writing!
And they even put Jerry Seinfeld as a executive producer for MILF Island! 🙂
