To Do: Wall-E

To Do: Wall-E

Sooo….no dress. I tried it on again for my team of “advisers” and was underwhelmed. It was a pretty dress, but not that flattering on me. A case of brand-blinding, perhaps. The hunt continues!

After the decision, we went to see Wall-E. What an adorable movie! All the little details and subtle inflections were amazing. Ratatouille is still my favorite Pixar film, but this was fun too. The producers did a good job of balancing the tone; it is quiet at times, sad, cute, dramatic, inspirational, funny. You don’t really get that with many films these days.

What amazed me about Wall-E was the fact that they used very little to no human voices so all the acting was done by robots. Crazy.
