To Do: At Home Day Spa
After a 6 day work week and all this talk of the sad state of the economy a girl can use a bit of “R&R”. So I thought that I would share with you a few of my favorite beauty products from Trader Joe’s and all under $10.
For my curly hair I don’t shampoo everyday but I do use a lot of conditioner. The nourish spa conditioner has been a staple in my shower for a couple of years now. I love that I actually know all but three are the ingredients. Sorry, I not a chemist.
I know I’m not alone in admitting that washing my face at night can be a bit of a chore. The tea tree oil Facial Cleansing Pads have been a great help. They’re like a grown up version of those Stridex/Oxy pads! It also exfoliates a bit so it’s like a mini facial each night.
The Purity tangerine sugar scrub is definitely part of my at home pedicure. There is a grapefruit salt scrub too but I’ve never been comfortable with the idea of rubbing salt into my skin, currently I have several paper cuts on my hand. I know you can mix these up yourself at home but for only $6 and a sweet scent why bother? A word of caution, it can leave your tub a bit slippery.
Take care of yourself-
