Recipe: Pimm’s Plus

We had a variation of the classic Pimm’s Cup at last night’s (quite successful!) work party.

Instead of just Pimm’s and regular ginger ale,this adds cucumber vodka and hearty ginger beer to the mix. Here’s the recipe:

1/2 shot of Pimm’s

1/2 shot of cucumber vodka

6 ounces Strong Australian ginger beer

Ice

Cucumber/lemon slices and mint for garnish

Cucumber vodka as a replacement for gin? THIS I need to hear about. What's the brand name, if you don't mind? I despise gin.

It's called Square One cucumber vodka, sold at Bevmo. Enjoy!
