The strawberry pink villa in Corfu originally rented by the Durells in My Family and Other Animals is available as a vacation rental. It’s been modernized quite a bit, and with a pool added – but the original charm is still there.

Wouldn’t that make a lovely vacation spot for a group of bookish friends?

That book rocked my eight year old world. I would love to live in that strawberry pink villa
