This pasta recipe proves once again the magical properties of…
Skin care routine
I’ve never been much for skin care. I am lucky to have good skin that is not too dry, oily, etc. This has allowed me to go years without a regular skin care routine. I have been known to go many, many days (gasp!) without washing my face at night. But city living has ended my low maintenance status. After a day of exposure to San Francisco smog, rain and other ickiness, I need to scrub.
For the other San Franciscan girls who are trying to figure it out, I offer my formula. It’s kind of a good cop/bad cop of skin care. Use Philosophy “Purity” for nightly face washing. This lovely cleanser is very much the “good cop.” You can pretty much rub it directly in your eyes without irritation. Follow that up twice a week with the Neutrogena MicroDermabrasion kit. So very “bad cop,” this is basically a disk sander for your face. Add in a lot of chapstick, sunblock and bronzer and there you have it. Clean city skin made simple!

I use several Philosophy products and they have worked well for me. My 38 year old skin is looking pretty darn good 🙂
