Things I love today: Impulse shopping at Target

Luella Bartley’s collection for Target arrived online today and I just had to snatch up this crazy dress for $39 (sorry, sold out). It may make a great Christmas card photo outfit one day. I also picked up this bracelet that has a nice artistic vibe to it.
