Things I Love Today: Frenchy Spring
Between the crisp, sunny weather we’re having, the tulip sale at Safeway and the shower photos Jordan posted, It has been feeling a lot like spring lately. More specifically, and I’m not sure why, a very French spring.
I have a huge craving to bake a casserole with fresh leeks and baby vegetables in a bright green Le Creuset oven. And to pair that with a glass of beaujolais in a bee glass from Provence and a big arrangement of tulips. And for dessert, a gateau aux amandes.
I think I may have had one too many of these French chocolate caramel tartlet cookies. Si drôle!

it feels like spring here in France, it has been getting up to the mid 50s! Last year we had snow by now.
