Jet Lag
I’m back and I’m exhausted. Nothing like two full days of flying cross country, interrupted only by four hours of meetings to set your internal clock whirling. All in all, it was a successful trip. Richmond seemed like a lovely town from the five minutes I spent riding in a taxi past it and it was a lot warmer than I expected. Those warm east coast rainstorms always freak me out.
The total lack of food or entertainment on my flights back home led me to eat a lot of dark chocolate and finish Absurdistan between Dallas and SFO (Very good! Like a Russian Confederacy of Dunces).
I collapsed into bed last night at 12:30. If it weren’t for this latte and croissant, I’d do anything to be back in the sheets!
