Wedding Wednesday: Ball Jars
The subtle teal of these antique ball jars could be a fantastic foundation for wedding centerpieces. Just a hint of color in a recyclable, reusable container.
Take a look at similar jars full of garden roses, amazing peonies, lights and lovely lilacs. You can find them on eBay or even cheaper at yard sales and flea markets. I have one that we payed a quarter for a year ago.

Hooray for Ball jars! I used these for the centerpieces for my wedding and it was especially nice becuase I work for that company.
I had Ball jars on the tables for my wedding. I put candles in them for a night wedding. I loved it, and still use them around the house.
ALSO, we drank margaritas out of the small ones.
I used these for my wedding centerpieces too. They are easy to find on Craigslist; I think I paid about $20 for 40 or so.
You can see photos of them here, and in progress here.
Also, I use them now to hold grains in my pantry.
Ball jar are my current obsession. If anyone knows where I could find some at a good cost, I would be very thankful!

Your flowers look like what I had in mind, are those rannunculus? And coincidentally, my future-hubs writes for Re-Nest and did a post about “10 uses for Spaghetti Jars” that included using them to store grains! We’ll be set after the wedding.
Thanks for the pics. And thanks everyone for the encouragement!
Beautiful. I love the teal with bright pink and orange – and I love the idea of drinking margaritas out of them!
Granny Chic! I love this idea!
