To Do: Bows on Shoes

I have two office holiday parties coming up this Friday. And zero minutes to shop for something new to wear. But I do have a lot of ribbon.

I’m thinking about pairing my favorite black cocktail dress with a pumps topped by giant bows. Some big earrings and red lipstick…should do the trick.

How do you tie a bow on a shoe? Do you go under the sole? It looks like the picture shows the bow tied around the foot and tights.

Yes! I've been thinking about making some bow shoe clips for the holidays, to spice up my flats. I was planning on just hot glueing a box to a clip on earring backing (I buy them from the craft store). If I get around to it, I'll let you know how it goes!
