We started this weekend at the opera. A new production…

To Do: Impatiens
Impatiens are one of the easiest and prettiest plants to grow. Here in temperate California, they grow all year round. My grandmother was always a big fan and usually had a few jars of cuttings rooting.
A few pots of white impatiens would be a nice addition to the pink jasmine and potato vine we have around the patio.

I love white impatiens, too! they look especially nice at dusk; they seem to glow as the light fades away. I wish I could grow them all year, but here in new england, it's summer months only. How lucky you are to have them all year!
I love impatients! I plant them every year along the front of my house. Only here, in frigid Michigan I have to dig them up before every Fall.
