Welcome Summer

Despite the cold, rainy storm passing through the city – I’m kicking off summer with the year’s first potato salad. I have a serious addiction to our simple family recipe of just red potatoes, finely diced white onion, celery, mayo, the tiniest bit of curry and ample pepper.
