Wedding Wednesday: Sneak Peak

Jordan has been working hard at the Center for the Book all week on my invitations. I haven’t seen the final product yet, but I did get a sample of the peony and oak leaf print on the main invitation card last night.

It’s a blind emboss, just an imprint with no ink. I was a little nervous about this particular piece but it came out great. Our text will go next to the print in a dark slate color (Pantone 546 for the real design geeks). The paper is custom cut somerset textured in soft white.

I need to do another run of envelope liners on my gocco printer and then I’m ready to put everything together.
