Things I Love Today: Salt Cellars

Ick to crashing computers. Ick to this economy. Ick to a one bedroom apartment in this city still costing over $800,000 and to taxes and to Monday reds in general.

This close-up photo of the salt cellar from my Viennese silverware set soothes the soul. The adorable spoon is only about 2.5 inches long. Basically, the fanciest doll spoon ever. And I get to own three of these ridiculous, wonderful spoons. Bliss.

I love salt cellars especially for the little spoons! I think that the pearl ones are my favorite but really I’ll take any…
