Honeymoon: Jackson, WY

The next day, we drove the long way through the Tetons to Jackson. At a coffee shop, we booked two nights at the Cowboy Village Resort. For $100/night we had an adorable log cabin with kitchen all to ourselves. Plus, the hotel had an indoor pool & spa, great staff and close proximity to downtown. I recommend it!

While in Jackson we visited the Cloudveil store, rented road bikes to cruise the many trails in the town, watched the VP debate, had a gorgeous hike up Death Canyon to Phelps Lake, browsed all sorts of antler-related home furnishings, ate at Bubba’s BBQ, and explored the Menor’s Ferry site. We had planned to go on the river our final day, but it was raining and we headed off to Colorado instead.
